Poor communication leads to constant misunderstandings. They claim to be tech leaders, yet the tools and systems we use are outdated and hinder productivity. It's embarrassing for a supposed tech giant.

If you're looking for a healthy work-life balance, look elsewhere. This place expects you to prioritize work above all else. —colleagues often undermine each other, creating a toxic team dynamic.

Dislikes

Team members often feel isolated, leading to a lack of collaboration. It’s hard to feel valued when the only feedback you receive is negative and never constructive. The facilities are outdated and disgusting. I can’t believe I have to use this place’s restrooms.

Working here feels like being trapped in a never-ending cycle of stress and burnout. I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone. The treatment of staff is horrendous, and there’s zero work-life balance.

Dislikes

The training program is a joke—only two days! New hires are thrown into the deep end with no support. Management is out of touch and dismissive. There’s no understanding of employee struggles. It’s disheartening to work in an environment that dismisses hard work and creativity.

The culture here is downright hostile. People are constantly gossiping and undermining each other. If you try to voice a concern or ask for help, you’re met with hostility and indifference.

Dislikes

Constant negativity makes it impossible to stay motivated. They have zero respect for work-life balance; you’re expected to be available 24/7. There’s a severe lack of respect for personal commitments. If you have any obligations, be prepared to be reprimanded. After applying, I never received any communication. Very disappointing experience.

Constant micromanagement leads to a suffocating atmosphere. Hard work goes unnoticed. There’s no recognition for your contributions, no praise, and definitely no bonuses. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
