Employees are afraid to voice concerns due to potential retaliation from management. Contractors are treated unfairly, especially when clients delay payments. It’s frustrating and demoralizing.

Dislikes

The pay is below industry standards, and raises are few and far between. Horrible work culture. Unrealistic expectations and overwork compared to other companies. The training is inadequate. You’re thrown into projects without proper preparation. Very frustrating! Little to no training provided, leading to confusion and frustration on the job.

Dislikes

Management is more focused on profits than employee well-being. You’re constantly walking on eggshells, worried about being put on a pip. Toxic work culture with endless BPO demands, making it hard to thrive. I’ve never felt more undervalued in my career. The management is out of touch with the reality of their employees’ experiences. Success here is more about being in the right place at the right time than actual talent.

Dislikes

The company culture prioritizes profit over employee well-being. Employees are constantly pitted against each other. It’s a hostile environment. Constantly feel undervalued; management doesn’t listen.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
