Employees are afraid to voice concerns due to potential retaliation from management. Contractors are treated unfairly, especially when clients delay payments. It’s frustrating and demoralizing.

The pay is below industry standards, and raises are few and far between. Horrible work culture. Unrealistic expectations and overwork compared to other companies. The pay is barely enough to get by, especially considering the amount of work we do. This company claims to value its employees, but actions speak louder than words.

Dislikes

They say you’ll get training, but it’s all a facade; you’re just thrown into the deep end. I’ve seen many talented people pushed out because of impossible PIPs. It’s disheartening. There’s a constant threat of layoffs; job security is nonexistent.

Poor communication leads to constant misunderstandings. They claim to be tech leaders, yet the tools and systems we use are outdated and hinder productivity. It's embarrassing for a supposed tech giant.

There’s no work-life balance; you’re expected to be available 24/7 with no compensation for your time. Two years in, and I feel like I've learned nothing. The management is dismissive and arrogant. Expect to be micromanaged every step of the way; there's no room for autonomy.

Dislikes

I dread coming to work every day; the environment is toxic. Their HR department is a joke; they’re more interested in protecting management than addressing employee issues. It’s disheartening to see hard work go unnoticed. Constant overtime with no additional pay; burnout is inevitable.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
