There's no clear path for career advancement here. It’s frustrating to see others promoted who don’t deserve it. I've experienced bullying from my supervisor that goes unchecked.

Dislikes

The culture of silence discourages employees from voicing concerns. No one listens to feedback. It feels like talking to a wall. There’s no clear path for career advancement. Promotions and raises go to favorites, not to those who truly deserve it. It’s frustrating. The lack of respect for employees is evident in daily interactions.

It’s frustrating to see unqualified people promoted simply because they’re well-connected.

Dislikes

The focus on metrics over people creates a cold and uninviting workplace. The HR department is a mess. They never seem to have answers and are incredibly unhelpful throughout the hiring process. Promises of growth and development are empty. I've been waiting for training opportunities for over a year with no sign of improvement.

The culture is suffocating. You can’t express your opinions without fear of retaliation.

Dislikes

The work environment is toxic. There's a lack of support and clear communication, making it hard to succeed. The company culture is toxic. No one seems to care about the new hires at all. The lack of support and resources is staggering. It’s hard to do your job effectively.
