The atmosphere is competitive in a negative way, leading to stress and burnout. Constantly undermined by management, with favoritism running rampant. Professional growth is simply not a priority here.

Dislikes

The turnover rate is high for a reason. People don’t stick around when they’re treated poorly. Meetings that should be emails are wasting everyone's time and energy. Communication is poor; leads don't share crucial information. The favoritism is blatant. If you’re not in the inner circle, good luck getting recognition or support.
