Team is wonderful, we are scripting new things in the E era of Health care in northeast which is visible with action.

Dislikes

Capacity building is a major issue where everyone need to show interest because we are the pioneer to move ourself to the 1st EMR based Hospital in Northeast. But keenness on learning is so less. It is a alarming sign for all Health care institute.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
