Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Worst experience in 11 years of Carrer. Work environment is very bad with very long unnecessary shifts. Poor decision making by leaders with very arrogant behaviour, full of negative atmosphere spread through WhatsApp channel by leaders. I strongly won't recommend anyone who is very skilled at trade until and unless you want to work at where there is no respect for staffs and loads of tension.

the company owners are very good and the management is there are the worst one can ever see..! management doesnt even care for any employee. they have made the working condition so pathetic if even one wants to work, they would literally demotivate.

Worst place to work, no culture, no proper management, HOD's are worst - they are not even from the same industry, just working 15-18 hrs daily.. not even a proper week off one will get.. people are still working on paper work.. didnt even had a training of anything.. and they worst is we didnt even had a support of our HOD's.
