100% work from home, Employee Education assistant program is helpful for employees to enhance skills. Open door policy.

Dislikes

Missing long term vision at all levels. Multiple rounds of layoffs in last one year, therefore job security is at stake. Too many changes in directions. India leadership lack critical business updates, sometimes it seems they just readout emails/updates. Micromanaged teams through tracking applications. In short, it's a sinking ship.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. It was a good company few years back but the culture is slowly getting like a typical service based company.

Dislikes

The organization culture is slowly seeing a decline. Earlier they used to have multiple rounds of interviews, coding tests or practical tests to judge the candidate. However, they are now taking all sorts of candidates without much scrutiny, this could be to minimize costs as good candidates demand better compensation.
