Good place to learn more. More competitive place where you can learn the knowledge how to survive. Salary wise ok when compare to other schools. Handing Teachers and parents' is must when you are running or working in a school. That experience you can get easier if you are working in Everwin atleast for 1 year.

Dislikes

Work life balance is the only draw back. When compare to your salary your working time and working days will be more that can't be avoided when your superior gives. During weekends also you must spend time. Apart from academic work your participation will expected by the management during public holidays and weekends.
