It is an USA based - casino Software solutions company. In India, the management was very good and flexible. All the managers and tech leads are strong so you can learn many new things from them. Even though it's a product company, you'll come accross delivery deadlines every week and months. Flexible in terms of working hours.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
