Worst working culture. Company believe bandhua pratha. No employee can think yourself. 24×7 working, self life fully end. No promotion, No increment. Incentive are not come only incentive plan was share. Not only employee distribution was also in danger end.

1. Line manager, HR is directly involve to collect money from junior employees in the name of various events 2. In markets key retailers need some extra benefits , which need to settle from own pockets, line manager also force to do so for their night session

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good and appraisals are fare and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of union's. So every time management and worker issue generate and its effect on production. And company release time 3months notice time its very lengthy.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
