Eveready is more like a family for me rather than calling it out a company because of the people and values.

Dislikes

With change of technology and softwares company is yet to start any initiative for employees for skill development programs. More digitalization is required. Regarding the financial benefits with comparison with industry it is still the lowest than industry standards.

Work Details

No doubt one of the best organizations to work with but recently there is no balance between personal and professional life. For the last two years though company is in growth still there is no increments. Attrition rate has increased.
