Very low salary and growth No one recognize your hardworking No one value your talent Very low growth We are providing best value of design work but still very low growth At least they must have provide 50k salary against the quality of work they are taking from us but they provide only 16k CTC very disgraceful and disappointing

Dislikes

No festival/national holidays, Canteen food facilities is not good as it should be. Management is poor in some areas. Appraisal/promotion is poor.

Very bad work culture, no career growth, unskilled Manager and leaders. Worst company in Gandhinagar and Gujarat. They take 30,000 ₹ as a bond for one year. This company is like a fraud their only aim to loot 30,000 from every freshers who joins this company. After join this company this company prove you to give resignation once you give resignation they will not return your money. Bharat Verma is worst and unskilled Manager in Whole Gujarat.
