Got chance to work on good projects. Managers are very supportive. The company provides breakfast, lunch, and pick & drop to the metro station. Good HR, they arrange good activities - chess tournaments, now cricket is also planned.

Extremely Toxic Work Environment – Worst Politics & No Work-Life Balance at all. You cannot trust on any Managers over here. This company has fired an Employee who had worked for them for 22 years. You can just imagine the culture and job security over here due to this scenario. The workplace is filled with Favoritism, Office Politics, and extremely toxic culture. Promotions and growth opportunities are based on personal connections rather than performance or talent. who play office politics, are rewarded. On top of that, all cabin managers (HR, VP & Technical Director) act as if they are the CEO of the company, making arbitrary decisions, playing politics, and creating a suffocating work environment. Their ego-driven leadership style completely ruins the workplace culture. Work-life balance is nonexistent--unrealistic expectations, constant pressure, and no respect for employees' personal time.
