we are all from different back grounds while we grow but Ethiopian airlines has its common working culture and discipline as corporate culture which all our seniors went through. we on top of team work we have our coaching and mentoring program and these developmental methodologies also contribute for more closer relationship. as usual we have long standing junior to senior subordination ethics. management to non management relationship is more of servant leadership type so that even new comers feel good environment....Read More

well there issues which I don't want to put in air for reason of maintaining my loved company from bad image because it deserves best airline in the world stage too.

Work Details

all airline activities are similar taking your time and energy but as we stay in it long we love it . as to me I was promoted from time to time and never face any difficulty all along. It depends if you manage any activity you are always in love with it .
