There is a very good work culture. All senior manager and director are very supportive.

Dislikes

Some people are doing politics in the organisation.

The work life balance and company culture are extremely good. There is a job security till the time you perform. The salaries and perks are good compared to others in market.

I like the company culture and the work environment of Etech very much. People are very well-mannered and we used to speak in English at office hours which really helped me to make my vocabulary good.

Dislikes

There was bit politics at Vadodara centre. Also, job security was not there.

Work Details

I had a wonderful experience working as a Quality Analyst in Etech. My team members were very good and helpful. I never heard anyone talking about different religions, castes and other unnecessary things in Etech.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
