From heart, ESSAR is the good company, but it's perk rates are very different, what they offering while interview it will not get us.

Dislikes

Very poor training,more job security, politics is very High,work environment also average.

Company working culture is very good(except boss). I realised about this after coming out only.

Dislikes

Training, work environment, work life balance are good. Only my boss, betrayed me. Others are exceptionally well.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
