I love working for e eskom rotek industries because there is growth management Is looking after it's own employees,I have learned a lot about steam turbine and how is it operates, they also do provide some trainings

Dislikes

What I dislike about eskom rotek industries is that they only train people and not give them jobs

It's very nice to work team work and it's enjoyable

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
