Hardly any professional will be interested to work under Mr Sunil & Anil Agarwal ( MDs & Soul Propitors ) and every pharmaceutical professional ( Managers with different roles & responsibilities ) hardly like this Kolkata based small scale 32 crore turnover ( that to also including pharma and others and in 40 years ) Company.

1) No value for right professionals. 2) HR & Admin people are not worthy . 3) Like other small socities of Bengalis Eskag follows and had perposefully chosen to belong in CRAB SCIETY. 4) Most of the eople who are high officials had joined Eskag after retiring from their reputed organisation and one can enjoy taking his pension ( salary from Eskag ) while not delivering any measurable out put as the MDS are KIND HEARTED....Read More

As per the old saying - Action speaks louder than the words- I have been contributing significantly from last year April and as a result the PCPM of Kolkata has been undergoing a radical change after 8-10 years ( PCPM has increased from 40,000 to 1 Lakh )

Senior productive people were ignored, retired and unsuccessful people from other companies were recruited with higher designation and salary to demotivate, the senior productive employees. Those people were proved to be unproductive in Eskag also. But in this process Eakag was unable to retain productive employees.

During my association with Eskag from 1996 to 2016, till 2014 I enjoyed my work a lot, gave my 110% to develop the sales of the company as well as my direct controlling states, however from 2015 onwards the environment changed.
