supportive in most of the areas but there is no proper instincts for employees growth, overall i consider as an good satisfaction working with esh technlogies pvt ltd.

salary and hikes are need to be improved as per the market criteria, there is no adament plan for consistency

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
