Worst place to work. They are aiming only on profit. Force you to work even on holidays. Worst part is that they are making poor womens fool for company benifit. If you have some ethics in your life, you will feel guilty.

Everyone will resign after 1 or 2 month after joining.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Need to work on holidays. Collection of loan amount from colonies if difficult.from morning to evening you need to travel and collect money even on heavy summer

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
