It's very hard to say that there is nothing good in ESAF SWASRAYA multi state agro cooperative society, except job security. But it's very hard to work here.

Dislikes

The higer officials are not aware of the 20s era. They are very hard to staff. Salary is very poor. Working hours high. No family life, happiness, wealth and health.

Loan process and software is fast and secured, culture is quit good, work satisfaction is also good,salary is on time.

Company policies is good but Managers not implemented well some of managers is comes from other microfinances and they implemented other company policies here these very crucial problem and that cause Company hiring rate is very high(जिस कंपनी में hiring ज्यादा है वहा कुछ तो गडबड है 😁)

एक भी खासियत नही जिसके लिए इस कंपनी को लाइक किया जाए। आपको जो सैलरी बताई जाती है। और जो आपके CTC पर दी जाती है इसमें जमीन आसमान का फर्क रहता है। सबसे बकवास यहा की HR सर्विस। छे से सात महीने लगते है इनको एक employee का डॉक्यूमेंटेशन करवाने के लिए। और हर बार एक ही डॉक्यूमेंट्स के लिए नया HR कॉल करेंगे। किसका किसीसे मेल नही। उसके बाद यहां के सीनियर मैनेजर जिनकी ज्वाइनिंग करते समय उनकी पिछली हिस्ट्री ये पूछना जरूरी नहीं समझते। जो असल में फ्रॉड करके आते है। और कंपनी ज्वाइन करते ही लोगो को लूटना शुरू कर देते है। और खास बात इनको कोई कुछ नही कहता। Auditor तो बस टाइमपास करने आते है। कंपनी का मिशन महिलाओं का आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण करना है। लेकिन इनका असली मकसद महिलाओं का आर्थिक शोषण करना है।...Read More

Higher management and work process is lengthy and time take , reason by all the middle level management and operations are effectived. I saw in this organisation the hole year they recruite new staff, because all the senior staffs are resigned continuously because of work culture, and when new staff join he or she is not able to take much pressure, because they are new not familiar to situation , reason by again they are resigned because of reporting manager behaviour. Mental Harrasment from top level. In circular bank holidays are holiday for esmaco..but still we are working second Saturday also....no ethics from top

The base level employes are committing to much of froud activity, by the unwritten order by the higher authority. If we are not going to do the order they may tranfer to another brach. They make as froud so iam not willing to do like that
