I like this company has methods to work and does efficient organization management so you feel there isn´t any problem besides the ones to achieve objetives. This company is very mature in management

Maybe I don´t like that there isn´t any economical compensation or coupons. I think that´s the only issue where it would make it more interesting, however there is not any toxic pressure and you learn in the internship

The most important thing that i like of working at GAO Tek is the work environment, because every employee is kind and helpful. I also think that i learned and gained essential knowledge through the daily work and the interviews. Something really useful is the flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.

In the meantime i don't have anything to complain about. Everything and everyone has been really friendly and helpful.

The HR team is very good, always willing to help and share their knowledge. Flexible schedules that fit yours. They have given me the opportunity to grow professionality. Constant training. Very happy and grateful.

1- Supporting Work Environment: The team at Gaotek is very understanding and caring. My managers could always be approached and extended their assistance, thus creating an environment where I was free to ask questions and look for help. 2- Learning Experience: The internship gave me practical exposure to a number of HR tasks, including, but not limited to, the recruitment and induction processes. I was gratful for the opportunity to study industry norms and practices, as this greatly enhanced my knowledge of human resource managment. 3- Open Work Ethos: As a company, Gaotek encourages its employees to come up with ideas and collaborate with team members to complete a task or project. The team spirit made it easy to adjust into the rest of the team and created a feeling of togtherness. 4- Interction with Other Depatment: In Particular, I was able to deal with several departments due to the nature of my internship, and this helped me understand the relationship of HR as one of the facets contributing to the achievement of the organization. Compensation Concerns: Since Iwas a free intern who tried to help the team, I appreciate that investments, but some of us felt that at least a small sum for the time interns spend with the company would at least show some kind of appreciation to future potential employees. Providing some kind of financial compensation could improve the internship experience.

Working at GAO Tek is incredibly rewarding. There is valuable experience to gain in all aspects of HR, from recruitment to onboarding to employee relations. The team is supportive and I've learned so much from everyone. There is a work flexibility. There is a good organization culture.

My internship as an HR Intern is a mixed bag. I have the opportunity to learn about various HR functions. I am eager to take on more responsibility, but opportunities still seems basic and brief. Some tasks are engaging, while others are repetitive. The team is friendly. Overall, it is a valuable learning experience, but I would say it is a perfect fit.
