No work life balance. Lot of work pressure and required to work on weekends as well without any extra pay and need to work atleast 12 hours on weekdays. Salary is also very low and not as per big 4 standards. No fun activity. Management is biased and big pay difference for employees working at same designation. Job security is therebut at one time peace would become more important in life than working at EY....Read More

Work Details

Totally disturbed. One has to work on weekends so that the coming day there would lil less work pressure.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
