Job security and work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Bias approach towards employees. It is not depending on your skills. If someone liked by the owner he/she will get everything (appraisal/promotion) irrespective of his/her work. So its not a good option for experienced people yes if you are a fresher you may give a try.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
