Still they are working on the same model with which they got success in the initial days. There is no clear hierarchy. People in the Middle Management are corrupt and wasting companies resources.

1 Dislike to concentration of authority in person, prefer a more balanced approach to treat ABMs fairly in the organisation. 2 Displeased with the behaviour of RBMs and SMs misusing the authority, especially in building personal relations with core customers and potentially using company's resources for personal gain. 3 Dissatisfaction with minimum incremental policy for non- performers. I got high increments because i use to perform every year. However, its not fair with the non performers, they are also assets of the corporate. 4 Incentive policies are like just checked in the box. 5 No appreciation awards to the performers.
