First of all os Job Security. There is nothing like that. Whenever they don't get enough project, they will throw you out with just 20-25 days of notice period. I also faced this issue here. My Manager ANURUDDHA KOLEY is very rude in behaviour didn't speak in a polite manner for once in the job period. The work environment is very p oor which I faced. You'll feel like used like a pen. Job security is less when you are on bench. They forcefully ask you to put the paper and resign. I remember one employee, His manager schedule an interview of that employee in am office meeting room. Employee went their with project interview intention but as soon he reach and saw there were 3 people are there in a meeting room. 2 of them are HR and one is his manager.
