Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! The only thing I was liking about the Ergos was they were giving home location to most of the employees.

Dislikes

1. No proper communication to the subordinate for any work. 2. No SOP for the business activity, 3. During Peak business period there was daily basis so many changes on daily basis which leads to panic situation to the team. 4. No capacity building for employee.
