1) Quality department team was very good and supportive. 2) Learning was good. 3) Discipline of company was good.

Dislikes

There was very strictness in the company about very small things like you can't use your phone or call somebody or you can't use specific water dispensers.

Good for Fresher. For the learning purpose it is a good company. Job security.

Dislikes

Work life balance is poor . Long work hour about to 10 hour per day. Not as good as for technical person. no any career growth.

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
