No Work like balance, Training should be given in sequential order.

The jon was quite good, I struggled a bit 8n the beginning but the seniors was helpful and they guided me very well.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
