I started working EquinoxAgents for one of the process and within 6 month it was shut down then I shifted to new project. Initially when I joined company HR mentioned that it will be permanently work from home then now suddenly CEO changed their plan and started calling everyone work from office which was far away from my place and more on that they are not providing any transportation. Increment is very less. Poor Incentive Structure. Targets geting increase without any prior notice. Poor HR Policy and Strict timing culture. Travel allowance is not uptodate as per market standard. All policies are company centric not employee centric.

The management is ineffective and fails to consider the agent's perspective. They frequently shift agents between processes, forcing them into roles that don't align with their skill set, and later terminate them for underperformance. Many managers lack knowledge and understanding of the processes, relying heavily on the agents who actually handle the work and interact with clients. Favoritism is evident, and when agents face issues or difficulties, no support is provided. Even the HR department is aware of the problems but seems powerless to assist, appearing helpless themselves. Additionally, there is no pick-and-drop facility, and the office is located in a remote, isolated area.
