I have been associated with Equinox Labs for sometime and my overall experience is very positive and great. working environment is good and people working here are very friendly. Its a good place to learn about Quality work. they deal with food and nutrition values, air and water quality tests.

Dislikes

The only thing I don't like about the place is that it has very few restaurants and there is no shops near by.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Everything was going well while working from home.

The management is ineffective and fails to consider the agent's perspective. They frequently shift agents between processes, forcing them into roles that don't align with their skill set, and later terminate them for underperformance. Many managers lack knowledge and understanding of the processes, relying heavily on the agents who actually handle the work and interact with clients. Favoritism is evident, and when agents face issues or difficulties, no support is provided. Even the HR department is aware of the problems but seems powerless to assist, appearing helpless themselves. Additionally, there is no pick-and-drop facility, and the office is located in a remote, isolated area.
