They frequently shift agents between processes, forcing them into roles that don't align with their skill set, and later terminate them for underperformance. Many managers lack knowledge and understanding of the processes, relying heavily on the agents who actually handle the work and interact with clients. Favoritism is evident, and when agents face issues or difficulties, no support is provided. Even the HR department is aware of the problems but seems powerless to assist, appearing helpless themselves.
