No work life balance here. Company's expectation to an employee is to work 11+ working hours including Saturday's and Fixed holidays. They have a application installed on the system to monitor productive hours. Employee must pay parking charges. Appraisal process is poor here. There is no recognition here. No standard process this company follows it's all depend on the orthodox method which is decided by the managers. Holidays and WFH is divided half yearly. Some employee must sign bonds so that they don't don't run. They have an anual retreat and again there you need to work and churn your brians. They will force you to participate in retreat. They will force you to write good reviews on social surveys. Not suitable for freshers at all....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
