Equifax Senior Management is not understanding of potential skill of employee. High skill resources are doing less skilled Job for long term. Policies are made in such way that stop you reaching to higher positions. Industry best practices adaptation is poor. Onsight opportunity are only limited to top management. Salary benefits: Expect no more than 5% year on year. Promotions: Yes. But be ready for increase in responsibilities without any hike. If you are given a lollipop, remember to ask in writing as they will never stand with their words. Job Security: Recent layoffs include MD, VPs, AVP, etc. Frequent layoffs for cost cutting are common. Several new hires were asked to leave within 6 months of joining.
