1.Raghavendra from IT, he won't allow any person to worklonger duration and gives non IT works even though we don't know technology. 2.your salary increases as experience increases (6 lakh) , he will say management want to reduce the cost so we will terminate after few months or look for a new job. 3.he will ask to work on weekendsand extend to night shift without any bonus. Ex: Assume you are a wintel person and he will ask to develop software using dot net and Java or any programming language.
