The complete team here is very co-operative and ready to embrace freshers and teach them on the job. The work culture is very transparent wherein all employees know the exact current position the company is and an overview of all company affairs.

I had a great time working at EQTribe. The opportunities that I was offered to learn, grow and contribute were staggering. It was a truly hands-on work environment. I valued the open, collaborative culture and the positive vibes shared in the team.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
