There are too many mangers, there are managers who manages the manager. Because of this there is lot of micro management and with everyone involved in their own politics. People are in this company are there from 7-8 year and are planning to retire from here in next 5-10 year. They have quietly quit in their career and just passing time. Benifts are fine. Knly at entry time whatever you got it thats it. No more entertainment after that. No diwali, no Dasera etc, food free.
