Poor job security. There is no defined HR policy. I had a bad experience when I resigned as my manager and HR head were reluctant to release me even after notice period. I was forced to serve 15 days extra over my official notice period. Very bad experience it was. I thought of reporting to IT Labour department Bangalore, and somehow my new organization agreed to extend the joining date. Poor job security, only good thing is few WFH and decent fixed salary....Read More
