Good work environment but Worst culture .The quality of food and the treatment has been given to apprentice staff is same. There is a complete discrimination between employees and apprentices . HR admin who manages the apprentice staff doesnt know how to manage the apprentice staff and contract staff . I hope Enzene will improve quality of food and eradicate the discrimination . There has always a deduction in stipend of Apprentices without being intimated to them . I was there for one year and 6 month . We apprentices hadn't ask HR admin to give us uniform and that scrap shoes . This was neither our demand nor our request but the HR admin deliberately deducted our 2300 rs without our consent and gave us that scary uniform. I have much more to say but that's ample...Read More

This is worst place to work for. They have very bad reason to terminate or layoff people. They give no reason . They terminate one of my friend saying that they have taken more sick leave even if my friend has already submitted the medical certificate from major hospital.
