1) As I experienced personally, if you are interested you can explore and learn a lot of things from cross-functional teams. 2) People are good and cooperative. 3) Cab facility and Bus facility are good.

1) Worst Food. 2) Micromanagement Appraisal is given to a favorite person like favoritism. 3) If you are a good licker you can get good hikes and promotions. 4) Work-life balance. 5) Bad planning from production and unnecessarily put plans and if mistakes happen they blame QA. 6) Some managers don't have subject knowledge they are leading departments with giving torcher to juniors and getting work done with juniors. 7) There is no respect for Quality Assurance people.
