The only thing positive about working in Enz is the opportunity to work in in house CDMO and L&S projects.

Dislikes

Too much favouritism, too much person driven policies and decisions. Need to get into processes and systems. No work life balance due to resource crunch

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

This is worst place to work for. They have very bad reason to terminate or layoff people. They give no reason . They terminate one of my friend saying that they have taken more sick leave even if my friend has already submitted the medical certificate from major hospital. They say that you have taken more leave so they ask them to leave.
