only flexible time is advantage, otherwise It could be hell.

Lot of grouping (marathi and gujarathi). If you don't know any one in management, could be tough to survive. Every one in learning stage. Blind fold project management. If you are not bucketing(buttering) with superiors don't expect increment, even if you excel in your work. you are judged based on how you talk, not on how you work or perform.
