Work environment is quite good; especially for female employees. Good work support for team managers. Transparency within the team. Appraisal are fairly.

Internal politics among higher position employees is common.Management team is not so good. Salary for beginners is quite low and career growth is slow.

Since they are kind of a start there is an extreme resource crunch both for manpower and financially. This leads to over burdening of work and hampering work life balance extremely. But on the other hand , since it's a start up the learning opportunity is tremendous and dynamic.

Lot of Politics inside company, ruled by ex-Intas employees, HR policies are not so efficient, Appraisals are unsattisfactory, They prefer a lot of localities in hiring.
