Opportunities to develop skills, Time Management and segregate work load. Learning new instrument and Documentation. Healthy environment and communication between senior staff and section head. Helping nature, understanding between them.

Dislikes

They don't give more chance to learning new things. Insecurity in job, no confirmation about job and your role. They dont give respect to apprentice as they give respect on roll employees. Discrimination between apprentice and employees. No facilities to apprentice as like traveling and breakfast. Restrictions, poor communication between apprentice and HR department. Confidence weakens.
