Its a Firm with no discriminatory norms and is specifically a Growth oriented firm with a corporate model that binds all the people in the firm in a way that everyone is driven to achieve a collective goal for the firm rather than the individual ambitions. Further in long run all the people who have worked through out the time at the firm have achieved there own career objectives. There is a young management in place at the top of the Firm hierarchy which has given the firm a much needed youthful exuberance and enthusiasm. The firm is committed to working in the most ethical way possible and to constantly recruit young and hungry professionals. Dislikes

The initial basic salary is low for the freshers which though constantly rises and has a very high incentive package attached to it, does sometimes deter new recruits from joining. But it is also a test of commitment of the new employees towards the firm and a test of the new employees working attitude and career objectives.

Work Details

Its a free spirited work environment which is light on mind and less tensed. Staff is supportive and communication channel with every person on senior management is unrestricted for everyone. Fun place to work while keeping it professional as one can be.
