❗Please Read the whole review Before Joining this Company - Enterslice Agar aap ek Video Editor ho toh bilkul mat join karn ye Company because it affects on your Career. Tumhe kab Fire kar diya jayega tumhe pata hi nhi chaalega. I was the 5th Video Editor in this year who joined them, aur ek Video Editor inke paas pahle se hai jiskoVideo Editing bhi nhi aati hai. 🔴Ab woh Points jo Company Join karte time tumhe nahin bataye jaayenge, tumhe baad mein pata chalega 1- Your Personal Mobile Submission Aapko apna Personal Mobile Submit karna padega, uske liye inhone ek Locker bana rahega aapke naam se. Aap usko Break time mein jaake use kar sakte hain. 2- Auto TeamLogger Aapke Computer System mein "Auto TeamLogger" background mein chalta rahega. Ye aisa Teamlogger hai ki jitne time aap apne Keyboard & Mouse use karoge utna woh Working Hours Count karega, agar tum Bathroom chale gaye 5-10 minutes ke liye toh woh time Idle ho jayega matlab ki aapne woh 5-10 minutes nhi kaam kiya. Yes, har 5 minutes pe aapke PC ke Screenshots bhi bhejega ye. 3- Salary Discrimination between New Joinee & Old Employees Ye inki New Policy hai. Agar aap New Joining ho toh aapki Salary 15th of Every Month ko milegi jb tak aapko uss company mein 4 months complete nhi ho jaatein. Lekin jo Pahle se joined hain uss company mein unki Salary 7th of every month ko milti hai. This policy is literally against Right to Equality. Bhai Work Culture sahi karo apna toh koi Company chhodh ke kyun bhaagega. 4- Job Security There is no assurance of your Job Security. Jb 4 Years ke Employees ko Terminate kar diye bina reason ke toh mereko toh 3 months hi huwe theey. Pata nhi kab tumhe Termination ka mail aa jaaye. Ye Hire kar lete hain aur jb inko lagta hai ki hamare paas jyada kaam nhi aa raha hai toh Fire kar denge. It means, agar tum iss company ko join karte ho toh tumhare career pe effect padega. I got fired just in 3 months and the reason is ki Inke paas 2 Video Editors jitna work hi nhi hai. 5- Resignation & Temination Agar tum 6 months ke pahle resign karoge toh tumhe 1 MONTH ka NOTICE PERIOD serve karna padega lekin agar tum 6 months ke baad Resign karoge toh 2 MONTHS ka NOTICE PERIOD serve karna padega. BUT, agar ye tumko Terminate karte hain toh tumhe sirf 15 days ka NOTICE PERIOD serve karna padega. 6- Reason & Timing of Your Termination Koi confirm nhi tumhe kab Termination ka mail aa jaaye. Suppose tumne pura month work kiya, lekin month ki 30th ya 31st ko tumhe Termination mail aa jayega, aur termination mail aane baad tumhari pichhle 1 MONTH ki Salary Hold pe rahegi aur woh 45 Days ki Salary (including Notice Period) tumhe 15 Days Notice Period Serve karne ke baad milegi. 7- Most Important Point (Real Game of TeamLogger) Aapke Purey Notice Period ke duration mein, apka Working Hours iss TeamLogger se hi Count hoga. Aapki Jo Notice Period Serve karne ke baad Salary banegi woh iss TeamLogger ke Working Hours ke According hi banegi aur Notice Period mein aapke Saturday and Sunday off Count nhi karenge Salary mein. Aapko TeamLogger mein 8 Hours complete karna hoga lekin agar 8 hours se jyada Working Time hai like 8:15 Hours toh woh 0.15 minutes nhi count karenge. Iska Sabse Bada Disadvantage Video Editors ke liye hai. Agar tum Video ko Rendering pe laga diye 1-2 ghante ke liye toh tumhara woh 1-2 Idle time ho jayega, kyonki uss duration mein ye Rendering time count hi nhi karta hai. Means aagar tumne apne total 8 HOURS Complete kiye hain toh TeamLogger ke hisaab se tumhara Working Hours 7-6 Hours ka hi banega. 8- Last Day of Serving Notice Period Jis din tumhara Last Day rahega Office mein uss din tumse kuch Documentation pe Signatures and Thumb lagwate hain. Aur ye Documentation tum jb join kroge tb bhi tumse Sign and Thumb lenge. 9- Salary after Notice Period Tumhe Salary ek toh TeamLogger ke hisaab se Provide ki jayegi toh ye toh confirm hai ki Salary bahuut cut ke milegi. Lekin ye Salary bhi as a Cheque denge tumko. Aur agar tum request karoge ki mujhe Direct Bank Account mein chahiye tb toh aur delay Salary milegi. Mera toh Last day tha 15th April, 2024. Maine already request kiya tha ki next day Salary bhej dene ke liye lekin phir bhi meri Salary 18th April, 2024 ko aayi woh bhi deduction ke saath. Work From Home Agar tum Permanent Work from Home karna chaahte ho, agree toh ho jayenge Work From Home ke liye lekin woh Work tumko inke PC mein hi Karna padega by using AnyDesk or maybe other Softwares. Mere toh Left Side mein Graphics Designer baithi thi aur Right Side mein Video Editor. Dono ko YouTube Thumbnail banane hi nhi aata tha. Graphics Designer ko Designing ke Principles hi nhi pataa theey aur 3 Years ka Experience. Video Editor ki editing aisi hai ki bhai.. Ek Fresher bhi usse bahuut achhi Video Editing kar lega. Quality Works ki koi Importance nhi hain yahape. Bs ek din mein 2-3 Videos Edit karo. I'm not the Person ki bs kaam niptaaane ke liye kaam karta hai. It,s my Passion bro, maine apne family se ladaa hai iss Field ko join karne ke liye. Meri Family Govt. Job ki field se rahi hai. Now you can understand how tough it is....Read More
