Following are the Pros: 1) They pay you the best as compared to market standards. 2) Payments on time 3) Good transportation ( even though company is next to nhpc Chowk metro, they still give you both side cabs) 4) Themanagement is really helpful in terms of looking towards the employees as human beings to understand. 5) Good parking facilities at decent pricing. 6) Shift timings are offs help to get a work life balance. 7) FNF on time for ex employees 8) All documents are given on time to the employees 9) Co-workers are matured enough to help each other to take the team forward 10) You have an HR-Business partner to help you with everyday access. 11) Health insurance of 5 times higher value than other same segment employers. Great place to work as long as you keep meeting your sales targets. Lot of camaraderie between senior sales reps and management. Till date my best work experience. Either you'll become best sales rep or you'll be out of the organisation in 3 months.
