Work life balance is good in ML office. Technology: doesn't have new technology. There isn't learning. Fresher won't get chance to work on domains(server,network). Also, there is no night shift allowance or additional pay if you work on weekend or off day.

Dislikes

No compansation No vision for newer technology Hikes are somewhere around less than 5% regardless of your performance. WFH wasn't allowed before COVID.
