I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I was an employee there for one year. This company and its rule was terrible. The company has terminated somany people from there. I was working as speaking trainer there.They were layed off me When I had less number of students. It was not my problem. If a tutor has less number of students, It is not their fault. They shouldn't do like that. Their approach towards employee were terrible. I was a victim of that. If we are only depending on their company, its become worthless. Because there is no notice period for them for terminate and lay off employees. They don't have common courtesy....Read More
